Terms and Conditions

I just wanted to clarify a few details for anyone serious enough to be thinking about working with me.

• My guarantee offers you up to 2 revisions of the project in the first 30-days after you receive the work. I define a revision as a change or adjustment to the existing copy I sent you. This does not include adding new material or a new marketing component or strategy. Extensive changes are a new project and will incur an additional fee.

• If you decide to add something which was not previously agreed-upon to the project while the work is in process this will incur a "regrouping fee."

• Once I have started work on the project, should unforeseen circumstances lead to you canceling (the project), there will be a "kill fee" equalling 50% of the entire cost. If I have completed the project or if the time lapse is within days of our agreed-upon deadline, there is no refund of payment and I will provide you with the copy as per our original agreement.

• If you are marketing a product, it is your responsibility to ensure that it works properly and in accordance with your claims prior to acquiring the services of a copywriter. If a product proves to malfunction and the project has been completed, there will be no reimbursement of the fee.

The above is intended to outline just-in-case scenarios and thereby minimize any chance of unclarity as we proceed. I find these things are unlikely to actually occur. I'm sure we'll work together in cooperation and in perfect harmony... in my experience, clients are very happy with what I create for them!
